The creation of a baby is never an accident; it is a goal of evolution. The process of replication is designed to be pleasurable for a reason - it insures replication.
No baby is on purpose. You have no control of this thing - it is built into you, the animal. You are designed to replicate.
Attempting to have a baby and not having a baby is an accident; but now we have designed technology to not have a baby, on purpose.
You can't put too much water in a nuclear reactor.
