Self awareness. Feedback loops. Documentation. Public Speaking. 1 screenshot every 16 seconds. This compresses eight hours into 1 minute. How does it work? Currently, it works as follows. IShowU demo software is used to record a quicktime movie at 0.06 frames/rec and 480x360 resolution. (1 every 16 seconds) http://www.shinywhitebox.com/ishowuhd/main.html The QT video has a playback speed of 0.06 frames/sec as well. In order to fix this, you export the movie as a sequence of stills (QT Pro required) and then reimport that image sequence to a new QT movie at 30 frames/sec. That movie is then uploaded to youtube or flickr manually. The next step of the project is to write a script which uses the screencapture function to capture frames to a seperate folder for each day. Then write a script which opens QT once a day and compresses the frames from the day before into a movie and uploads the movie. Perhaps audio will be incorporated as well. One idea for audio is to make a short recording each day of what your goals and projects for the day are and then use this as the audio for the movie. It's boranj.
